Returns Policy

If something's not right, please get in touch with Expressions for Gifts via email [email protected] or

phone - 03 208 0022 and we will work to put things right straight away. Quality of product and service are important to us and we want everyone to be delighted with their selection.

Returns:

Our policy lasts 14 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and the product returned to store.


If the item is faulty, we will of course rectify under the NZ Consumer Guarantees Act.

Once your return is received we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and advise what options are available.
